Terms of purchase from the Color Theory store
Dear customer, to organize the sales process, we hope that you review the following before completing the purchase process, as completing the purchase will be considered as approval of these terms:
- The customer must ensure that the product suits his needs by reviewing the information included on each product page, such as size, volume, etc., and also reviewing the information pages, understanding them, and asking any questions, before completing the purchase process.
- The expected time of arrival of the goods is an estimate, and we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible, but the order may be delayed for reasons beyond the control of the store. In the event that the shipping company is chosen, SMSA, and the order remains in the SMSA branch for more than 7 days, the shipment will be returned for the color theory and the shipment will be cancelled. If you want it again, it will be sent for an amount of 35 riyals.
- All sold goods are returnable within 3 working days and exchangeable within a week from the date of receipt, except for (pens, markers and sprays), provided that the product is in its original condition, free of any defect or damage and in its original packaging, with the original invoice attached. The customer is responsible for returning the delivery to the store, either by shipping or by handing it over to one of the Color Theory representatives in Riyadh.
- In case of return or exchange, the customer bears the shipping costs back and forth.
- The refund amount will be returned to the customer via bank transfer within 7 working days after the store receives the returned product, whether payment is made via Mada, credit card, or cash.
- This website is intended for retail orders for personal use only. If a large order is placed (wholesale), the store has the right to cancel the order. Wholesale orders can be inquired about by commercial customers via WhatsApp on 0534883311.
- The customer must enter the delivery address correctly. If there is an error in the address or contact numbers, this may cause the shipment to be delayed, not delivered, or additional fees to be imposed by the shipping company or delivery representative.
- If the shipment arrives damaged from the inside, the customer must notify the shipping company before receiving the order, and then notify the store directly.
